Benchmark testing is done through a NWEA. The testing program requires an up to date computer and web browser. To ensure your benchmark goes smoothly please read through the following steps.
If you get the NWEA Log in page you are all set. Image of log in page on the right.
If you get an error there are three common issues.
Update your web browser. We highly recommend using google chrome for the benchmark assessment. Here is a link to the google support page for updating google chrome. Some older devices may not be able to update and therefore cannot be used for the NWEA benchmark. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
Update your computer to the latest operating system. Every computer is a bit different, so we recommend using google or another search engine to find the steps for your device.
Change the display settings on your computer. This can also vary from device to device. Again, use google or another search engine to find support for your devices display settings.
If you are needing support checking your device please come to the benchmark session 15 minutes early to get some help from an HHSO Staff Member. You may also want to try the NWEA Support Steps linked below.
