How to sign up for benchmark assessments?

1. Go to the Benchmark Calendly by clicking the button at the bottom of the directions.

2. Click on the "Benchmark Assessment" event.

3. Choose the date and time that works best for you. Then click "Next". 

   • Please keep in mind that the NWEA Map Growth Assessment (Benchmark Test) takes approximately 4 hours to complete. 

4. Enter your first name and last name, email address, anything you would like us to know, and a phone number for text reminders. 

5. Click Schedule event to confirm. 

6. An email will be sent to the email you use in the form. View your calendar to see the invite.

   • To find your Google Calendar, start by opening a web browser and going to calendar.google.com

7. Look at the "Getting Ready" section below before attending your benchmark session.

Preparing your computer for Benchmarks:

Benchmark testing is done through a NWEA. The testing program requires an up to date computer and web browser. To ensure your benchmark goes smoothly please read through the following steps. 

• Go to https://test.mapnwea.org/#/nopopup

  • If you get the NWEA Log in page you are all set. Image of log in page on the right. 

If you get an error there are three common issues. 

1. 1. Update your web browser. We highly recommend using google chrome for the benchmark assessment. Here is a link to the google support page for updating google chrome. Some older devices may not be able to update and therefore cannot be used for the NWEA benchmark. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

   2. Update your computer to the latest operating system. Every computer is a bit different, so we recommend using google or another search engine to find the steps for your device. 

   3. Change the display settings on your computer. This can also vary from device to device. Again, use google or another search engine to find support for your devices display settings.
